The Intent to Apply application fee is required when you submit your Intent to Apply packet. This fee covers the administrative processing of your application and includes one upload to a professional school application service.

Important Notes

  • MD/PhD applicants are considered one health profession.
  • All fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future application cycle.

Online Payment

Submit your payment online using a debit card or electronic check.

Please provide HPAO with a copy of your receipt after payment so we can record it.

Please note: A 2.75% processing fee applies to online debit/credit card payments.

In-Person Payment

You may make your payment in person through Student Business Services (Gordon Hall 180). Accepted payment methods include cash, check, cashier’s check, money order, and debit card.

For payment instructions and required forms, please visit Student Business Services.

After completing your payment, please provide HPAO with a copy of your receipt so we can confirm and record your payment.
