How to Apply for the Pre-health Professions Minor

1. Students who are interested in declaring the Pre-health Professions Minor should complete the Declare Interest form.
2. Completing the form will allow us to open a file for you in our database in the event that you choose to pursue the Pre-Health Professions Minor.
3. You do not have to have all prerequisites completed to simply declare interest.
4. Send your most current Titan Degree Audit (TDA) to hpadvising@fullerton.edu
5. Dr. Mouttapa will review your TDA to ensure you have fulfilled the GPA and pre-requisite course requirements.
6. An email will be sent to approve or deny your request.
7. If approved, you will be asked to pick up a Request for Minor Objective Form from our office or from Admissions and Records LH-114.
8. Bring the Minor Objective Form to our office to obtain Dr. Mouttapa's signature.
9. Turn in Minor Objective Form to Admissions and Records.
