American Medical Student Association

The goals of CSUF AMSA are to provide ambitious pre-medical and pre-dental students the resources to successfully prepare for entry into professional school and their subsequent professions. We strive to be a leading student-run health and service organization dedicated to educating members about the scope of medicine through meaningful public, professional and student speakers, and volunteer opportunities within AMSA as well as external organizations. We connect members on a national level to the oldest and largest independent association of physicians-in-training in the United States.

MISSION STATEMENT: The American Medical Student Association is committed to improving health care and healthcare delivery to all people; promoting active improvement in medical education; involving its members in the social, moral and ethical obligations of the profession of medicine; assisting in the improvement and understanding of world health problems; contributing to the welfare of all pre-health professional students.
