Teach in University Honors
Have you ever wanted to explore a compelling scholarly topic or question from an interdisciplinary perspective in the classroom? The University Honors Program invites faculty to submit a proposal to teach in our program. Honors classes are an excellent opportunity for faculty to hold small seminar-style classes that inspire deep discussions, interdisciplinary perspectives and critical thinking. Faculty who have outstanding records of teaching and experience in implementing high impact and experiential practices in the classroom, and are interested in teaching for the University Honors program, should reach out to Dr. Stacy Mallicoat at smallicoat@fullerton.edu for more information.
Serve as a Faculty Mentor
Faculty mentors play a vital role in the development and completion of the Senior Honors project. The Senior Honors project represents the culminating experience of the University Honors program and allows students to work one-on-one throughout the academic year with a faculty member on a topic that they are passionate about. Senior Honors projects can be interdisciplinary research experiences, applied portfolios, or creative projects.
