We are excited to offer in-person tours this summer for our Residence Halls, available to First-Time First-Year students under the age of 20. If you’re a prospective Suites or Apartments resident, we invite you to explore our virtual tour for a closer look at those communities.

Residence Halls

Tour Dates

  • Monday, June 30 through Friday, July 25 (excluding July 4th)
  • Tours are available Monday through Friday
  • Dates and times are subject to change without notice.

Walk-ins Welcome! No RSVP is required.

Tour Times

Tours are approximiately 30 minutes. They are available for the following times:

 

  • 9 AM PDT
  • 11:30 AM PDT
  • 1 PM PDT
  • 3 PM PDT

Res Halls in the Spring

Explore Our Residence Halls

These in-person tours highlight our residence hall communities, including active rooms, shared amenities, and typical bed spaces. Double and triple-occupancy rooms are included in the tour.

 

Residence Halls are reserved for First Time First Year students under the age of 20. However, prospective residents of other communities are welcome to join the tour. Please note that residence halls feature the same standard bed, dresser, and desk setup as our apartment communities, making this a helpful preview for most students.

How to Check-In

The Holly Housing Office is located at 1509 East Campus Drive, Fullerton, CA 92834.
For parking, please use the Eastside Parking Structure located on Folino Drive. You can refer to the map on the right for detailed directions.

 

Parking permits are required to park at Cal State Fullerton. Visitors may purchase short- term parking for either $4/hour or $12/day. Click here for more information.

Residence Halls

The Residence Halls are designed to focus on the needs of incoming first-year students and house about 1,062 students in double or triple occupancy bedrooms clustered around community bathrooms.

Suites

The suites offer a blend of privacy and community with four-bedroom units, shared bathrooms, and a small kitchenette. Each floor features study and social spaces, while the Titan Lounge and outdoor courtyard provide areas to connect and unwind.

 

Apartments

Designed for independence and comfort, our apartments provide private bedrooms within a shared living space for continuing, transfer, and graduate students.
