The Residence Halls foster a strong sense of community for first-time first-year students with shared double and triple rooms centered around communal bathrooms. With convenient amenities and a vibrant atmosphere, the halls provide an engaging start to campus life.

Suites

The Suites offer a blend of privacy and community with four-bedroom units, shared bathrooms, and a small kitchenette for first-time first-year students and non-First-Year Student (Returning, Transfer, Graduate). Each floor features study and social spaces, while the Titan Lounge and outdoor courtyard provide areas to connect and unwind.

Apartments at Twilight

Single Apartments

Designed for independence and comfort, our apartments provide private bedrooms within a shared living space for non-First-Year Student (Returning, Transfer, Graduate). Each unit includes a full kitchen, living and dining areas, and two bathrooms. With central heating and air conditioning, plus access to balconies or patios, these apartments offer a home-like environment within the campus community.

JEWEL PLUMMER COBB

Double Apartments

Opening in Fall 2026, this six-story, 155,000-square-foot building will add new beds to the on-campus housing community for non-First-Year Students (Returning, Transfer, Graduate). Double apartments are designed to house four apartment-mates with each sharing a 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom.  All apartments have central heat and air conditioning. Each apartment has two bathrooms. Apartment-style living that includes a  kitchen and living area.
