The Residence Halls are designed to house guests in double occupancy bedrooms clustered around community bathrooms. Opened in 2011, the residence halls were awarded the first Platinum LEED certification in California by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Our community also offers apartment-style facilities. Double-occupancy accommodations are in three bedroom apartments housing six guests. Single-occupancy accommodations are in four bedroom apartments housing four guests. All apartments are fully furnished with two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and balcony or patio.
Six meeting rooms are located on the first floors of the residence halls. Various academic classes, programs, and meetings are held in the rooms throughout the year. All of the classrooms feature integrated audio/video equipment, and have furniture that can be configured to various needs.
The Student Housing fitness room is located on the first floor of the Cypress building. It is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. and on weekends from 12 – 10 p.m. The room is available for all Housing residents and conference guests and is equipped with 6 stationary bicycles, 4 elliptical machines, 2 stairmasters, and a weight training equipment.
A large multipurpose room is available for reservation in the Cypress building for conference groups. The MPR room features a large screen TV, piano, pool tables, ping pong tables, and air hockey. The room has various types of seating to accommodate workshops, speaking engagements and social activities.
Laundry rooms are available 24 hours each day in the Cypress and Juniper buildings. Residents may use quarters or Titan Tender.
