Maintenance Requests

To complete an online maintenance request, follow the steps below Please be aware: we've just upgraded our portal with some new features and a new look. Please contact our office if you experience any issues.

  1. Click on the Submit Maintenance Request button below.
  2. Enter your CSUF username and password.
  3. Once you’re in the Housing Portal, select the “Maintenance” tab and click on create a new job.
  4. Choose the proper category and provide specific details.
  5. Click submit.

If your maintenance request is an urgent request, please call the Housing Office at 657-278-2168 or email during office hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If after-hours, please call the Resident Advisors on-duty at 714-681-6918.

Please note, you can submit work orders for both your bedroom as well as any shared spaces and that you should receive a response to your request within 48-72 hours. If you have questions, please contact the Housing Office at (657) 278-2168 or email for assistance.
