Overview

The USA-Uzbekistan conferences aim to stimulate interactions among the U.S. researchers and their counterparts in Uzbekistan and other countries, and serve as a catalyst for future collaborations. Our collaborations started with three small scale workshops between mathematics faculty at California State University, Fullerton and Urgench State University (Uzbekistan). The first workshop was held in May 2011 in Fullerton, the second workshop was held in August in Urgench and the third workshop was held in June in Fullerton. The first USA-Uzbekistan Conference on Analysis and Mathematical Physics held in May 2014 in Fullerton and the second USA-Uzbekistan Conference on Analysis and Mathematical Physics held in August 2017 in Urgench. The conferences were  partially funded by the National Science Foundation.
