Special Event Equipment Request

The California State University, Fullerton Information Technology team provides Audio/Visual (AV) equipment to support campus events hosted by departments, programs, and recognized organizations. A/V Services offers equipment loans to help ensure presentations, meetings, and special events run smoothly. If you need to have a podium, speaker or microphone, electronic displays, or projector at your next event, your Department IT Coordinator (DITC) can request it online.

How to Request

To reserve A/V equipment, please complete the Special Events Equipment Request Form. You will be asked to provide details such as:

  • Event title and description
  • Event date, time, and location
  • Equipment needed (e.g., microphones, projectors, speakers)
  • Contact information

 

Who Can Request

The Department IT Coordinator (DITC) of CSUF departments, colleges, and official campus organizations are eligible to request A/V equipment for events held on campus.

 

Additional Information

Pricing may change on an annual basis. The event bundle pricing listed below is for events lasting one day. For additional days, pricing will be adjusted accordingly. Conference room designs will be priced separately.

 

Special Event Equipment Request is available by the DITC or someone who ties up with an account for chargeback.
