Eligibility & Prerequisites

You must be a currently enrolled student or active faculty/staff member to request a license for SPSS Statistics or SPSS AMOS.

Students, Faculty, and Staff are entitled to ONE license for AT HOME USE.  IBM SPSS can be installed on a maximum of two computers.

The current license is for SPSS version 29.  If you have older versions of SPSS, you will need to uninstall them first, before getting the  new version

Students: Get A Personal License

Get a personal IBM SPSS license

Verify you have a CSUF Dropbox account

Step 3:

Download IBM SPSS*

*Note:You are downloading the trial version that needs to be activated with the Authorization Code received in the previous step.
