What is VoiceThread?

VoiceThread is a cloud application, so there is no software to install. The only system requirement is an up-to-date version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. VoiceThread will run in your web browser and on almost any internet connection.

A VoiceThread is a collaborative, multimedia slide show that holds images, documents, and videos and allows people to navigate slides and leave comments in 5 ways - using voice (with a mic or telephone), text, audio file, or video (via a webcam).

A person can share a VoiceThread with friends, students, and colleagues, and alternatively, they are able to record comments onto the slides.

Eligibility & Prerequisites

You must be an active faculty/staff member to sign up for VoiceThread.

Getting Started - Faculty/Staff

To setup/login your account:

Go to https://fullerton.voicethread.com
Click on Sign-in on the top right corner
Click on the yellow Sign in button
You will then be directed to the CSUF Portal login page, where you will login with your CSUF username and password

You must be an active faculty/staff member to login.
