Campus Cell Phone Upgrade Procedure

Eligibility

• Phone request will be based on department recommendation and approval.
• Phones must meet cost eligibility of $199 or less AND be an Apple product.
  • Please check with Telecom for seasonal promotions to help meet the price constraints.
• You may be eligible for an upgrade after two years, IF your department submits a Service Request.
• In case of manufacture defects, you are eligible for a replacement if it is within one year of purchase date.
