experience cal state fullerton

Through Experience Cal State Fullerton, the Center For Educational Partnerships hosts a variety programs to expose students and parents to higher education. Educational Partnerships provides opportunities to help students progress onto higher education, and be successful in the baccalaureate and beyond. Our programs work with students and their families, teachers, counselors, and administration to foster a college-going culture in our surrounding communities.

COLLEGE AND CAREER EXPOSURE PROGRAM, DESTINATION GRADUATION

The College and Career Exposure program provides information and workshops about accessing college and financial aid, and exposure to higher education via campus experiential programs on campus. This is a partnership with United Way's Destination Graduation initiative. A total of 20 schools have been adopted.

Funded by Orange County United Way (2015, 2016)

KIDS TO COLLEGE

Kids to College introduces about 500 sixth graders to college life by facilitating lessons about future careers, college life, and academic planning. The program culminates with a visit to CSUF that incorporates hands-on lessons, a student panel, and activities that expose students to higher education.
