Introduction
Ingred Garcia is a dedicated advocate for equity and education, currently serving as the Manager of Youth Engagement and Program Analyst at Project Rebound, Cal State Fullerton. She leads transformative programs that support justice- and system-impacted youth through mentorship, education, and personal development, including the Dare 2 Dream program and Rebound Academy.
Ingred aspires to pursue a PhD in Economics, aiming to produce research that shapes policy and expands opportunities for underserved populations.
