Youth Engagement Manager & Program Analyst

Ingred Garcia is a dedicated advocate for equity and education, currently serving as the Manager of Youth Engagement and Program Analyst at Project Rebound, Cal State Fullerton. She leads transformative programs that support justice- and system-impacted youth through mentorship, education, and personal development, including the Dare 2 Dream program and Rebound Academy.

With an academic foundation from Mt. San Antonio College (A.S., Human Resource Management), Ingred earned her B.A. in Economics with a Minor in Mathematics (2020) and her M.A. in Economics (2024) from CSUF. A McNair Scholar and Sally Casanova Pre-Doctoral Fellow, her research explores the intersection of education, labor markets, and social justice—specifically, disparities impacting women and marginalized communities.

Her data-driven approach supports program evaluation and strategic planning, ensuring Project Rebound’s initiatives are impactful and accountable. Ingred aspires to pursue a PhD in Economics, aiming to produce research that shapes policy and expands opportunities for underserved populations.
