Mirvais “Mir” Aminy is a dedicated student affairs professional committed to expanding educational access and holistic support for historically underserved communities. His work focuses on empowering students from diverse backgrounds, including justice-impacted individuals, students experiencing housing insecurity, and individuals with disabilities. Grounded in principles of trauma-informed care and student development theory, Mir believes in the transformative power of education to drive systemic change.

Mir is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Education with an emphasis in Disability Studies at the Attallah College of Educational Studies at Chapman University.
