"Being a Junior Faculty, with limited publishing and academic writing experience, I thought it to be a wise practice to seek the assistance of a more seasoned writer to assist in editing my manuscript prior to journal submission. The feedback has been invaluable and allowed me to be more productive. The Scholarly Publications Faculty Fellow provided manuscript editing and proof reading to ensure that my research is readable, and accessible to those who are not experts in the field."

Natsuki Atagi, PhD

Natsuki Atagi, PhD

Scholarly Publications Faculty Fellow

In her first year as SPFF, Dr. Natsuki Atagi has been honored to serve her fellow faculty across the university. “It is such a privilege to be entrusted with colleagues’ manuscripts and to have the opportunity to learn about all the different kinds of scholarship that is being done at CSUF,” Atagi says. She looks forward to continuing to serve CSUF faculty in the coming year, to both support faculty as they work towards promotion within the university, as well as enhance the university’s outstanding record of producing high-quality scholarship and publications.
