Class Schedule Initial Build Phase
Dear Department Coordinators,
Access is now open to make schedule changes for Fall 2025 (Term Code 2257).
Deadlines
DEADLINE:
Please complete all tasks and submit the Smartsheet form by 12pm, Friday February 21, 2025.
Refer to your college for any internal deadlines.

TASKS:
- Download the class schedule to Excel.
Tip: Download the last semester (2247) for comparison.
- Plan class offerings and schedule changes with your department chair.

Find rooms for the classes that you plan to offer.
- Only use “first rights” rooms or college-managed rooms that are allocated to your college. Check with your Dean’s Office to confirm which rooms your department may use.
- Once this initial build phase ends, first rights will expire and all general use classrooms are managed by the Provost’s Office.
- Complete the quality assurance tasks provided on the Smartsheet form and submit by the deadline.
