Fall 2024 – Class Schedule Go Live

Dear Department Coordinators & Chairs,

The Fall 2024 Class Schedule is now published and visible to students as of Monday, March 11.

Published Class Schedule: www.fullerton.edu/schedule 

  • Access Closed – Schedule Change Form is required
    Upon Go Live, schedule changes must be submitted through approved Schedule Change Forms.
    Scroll to the bottom of the form, click Continue, then proceed to fill out the request.
  • Access Open – SCF not required
    Department coordinators continue to have access to make the following changes:
    • Change Instructors
      Go to: Curriculum Management >> Schedule of Classes >> Schedule Class Meetings

Go to: Curriculum Management >> Schedule of Classes >> Update Sections of a Class

  • Change Enrollment Caps (Do not set higher than the Room Cap)
  • Change Waitlist Caps
  • Class Status Changes (i.e. Tentative to Active, Active to Tentative, or Active to Stop Further Enrollment)
  • Print/No Print
  • Department Consent
