Spring 2025 – Class Schedule Initial Build Phase

Dear Department Coordinators,

Access is now open to make schedule changes for Spring 2025  (Term Code 2253).

TASKS:

  1. Download the class schedule to Excel.  Tip:  Download the last semester (2243) for comparison.
  2. Plan class offerings and schedule changes with your department chair.
  3. Find rooms for the classes that you plan to offer.
    • Only use “first rights” rooms or college-managed rooms that are allocated to your college. Check with your Dean’s Office to confirm which rooms your department may use.
  4. Complete the quality assurance tasks provided on the Smartsheet form below.

DEADLINE:

Please complete all tasks and submit the Smartsheet form by 12pm, Friday June 7, 2024.

Refer to your college for any internal deadlines.

Once this initial build phase ends, first rights will expire and all general use classrooms are managed by the Provost’s Office to assign to the remaining unhoused classes.


Friendly reminder:

  Never type over existing meeting patterns.  (Facility ID, Pat, Mtg Start/End, Instructor information, etc)

    • You must completely DELETE all meeting patterns by clicking the [-] button. Save.  Then re-add the new meeting pattern(s).
    • Save frequently in order not to lose changes.
