Navigating to Term Workload

Step 1

Enter the Instructor's CWID in the ID Field, then select Search

NOTE THE TERM appearing in the TERM field. Do NOT change the term in this box. Navigate to the correct term by using the arrows on the far right side of the screen. DO NOT type in the term code in the box; DO NOT use the magnifying glass feature next to the term code box. This will scramble term workload data.

Step 3

If the semester you need does not exist, select the PLUS sign and add a semester row and enter the new term.

Step 4

Please make sure that the APDB Department Assignment matches the Primary Department.

The Primary Department for a faculty can only be set up or changed on the Instructor/Advisor Table. Please contact the Scheduling Office if you wish to update/change the Primary Department associated with your faculty.

 

All other instructor assignment and re-assigned WTU information is entered on the Term Workload page.
