How to Zero-Out Supervision

Example 1

This supervision class will generte no WTU whatsoever

Step 1

Blank out the Work Load

Click Class APDB Mapping Values

Step 3

Set CS Number to 77. Touch nothing else. This will set the WTU to zero for the entire class.

Example 2

This supervision class is team-taught, as there are multiple faculty attached to the class. There are faculty who will receive WTU, and faculty who will not receive WTU.

Step 1

For faculty who will not receive WTU, click the dropdown to change status from IFF to Not Include

Step 2

For faculty who will receive WTU

  • Make sure that the Load Factor totals EXACTLY 100.0%.  Percentages can only have ONE DECIMAL POINT (33.3%, not 33.33%).
  • Set the Work Load to the appropriate WTU as needed.
