Student Life & Leadership (SLL) provides general advisement for all clubs and organizations as well as supports the student leaders of these organizations.  SLL provides advisement to student leaders and trainings on event planning, risk management, organizational development, and more.

SLL offers useful tools and resources for students to manage, lead and develop their organizations.

To take advantage of the privileges and benefit from the services SLL offers, student organizations are required by CSU Executive Order 1068Opens in new window to complete the re-registration process each academic year in order to be recognized as an official student organization with CSUF.

Important Dates for Organizations

Student Organizations are required to complete the registration process every academic year in order to be recognized as an official student organization with Cal State Fullerton and to be granted privileges as a registered student organization. Student Organizations should familiarize themselves with the important dates and deadlines below.

TitanLink - Student Organization Portal

TitanLink provides robust tools in a centralized space that gives student leaders everything they need to manage their organizations efficiently and effectively. TitanLink allows students to register their organizations, manage their rosters, request event spaces, send e-mail blast to their members, host elections and more. A TitanLink GroupOpens in new window is available for Student Organization Presidents and Treasurers to access resources and communicate with one another.

LeadCon - Conference for Student Organization Leaders

LeadCon is a one-day conference experience intended for student leaders of clubs and organizations. LeadCon provides student leaders with the tools and knowledge to successfully run their organizations and utilize the available resources on campus. Event Pass and Event Check-In

The TitanLink   Event Check-in feature makes attendance tracking for student organization events easier than ever. Why swipe cards when you can scan phones? Take your engagement on-the-go with the easy-to-use Campus Labs ®  Event Check-In App. A seamless process and easy-to-use interface will make checking in for events a part of your new routine. Additional training is required for all student organiation Presidents and Treasurers. The Student Organization Leader Online Training can be found on Canvas.

Student Life & Leadership facilitate a number of workshops to help student organizations successfully manage their organization in areas like Event Planning 101, Financial Management, Navigating TitanLink and more. Changes to Student Organizations

Any changes to Student Organizations outside the registration period should be reflected on the Organizational Change Form on TitanLink (under Campus Links). These changes include the following: President, Treasurer, Faculty/Staff Advisor, Constitutional, Organization Name.

Student Organization Concerns

CSUF expects its students and their organizations to "Reach Higher" and act as responsible members of the community. If members of the CSUF Community feel that this is not the case, the Community Listening Forum is available. The Community Listening Forum is an advocacy forum for the campus community to express any concerns, issues, and/or pressing questions.

Online Training for Student Organization Leaders

As part of California State University's Executive Order 1068, all student organization Presidents and Treasurers must complete an online training. Students can self-enroll in the course by visiting Canvas.

The Office of Student Life and Leadership (SLL) values the extra-curricular experience created through the involvement of our recognized student organizations. However, COVID-19 has posed new and emerging risks to the Titan Community and also the larger community in which our students live, work, and engage. As we navigate this situation as community members of CSUF and the surrounding area, SLL strongly encourages all clubs and organizations to conduct virtual programming to engage both current and future members.
