Club Officer Meeting Dates:

*All clubs should send 2 officers as representatvies to each officer meeting to get full credit for attendance*

• Tuesday 10/14/25: 5:30pm - 7:30pm Titan Student Union - Gabrielino
• Tuesday 11/18/25: 5:30pm - 7:30pm Titan Student Union - Gabrielino
• Tuesday 2/17/26: 5:30pm - 7:30pm Titan Student Union - Gabrielino
• Tuesday 3/17/26: 5:30pm - 7:30pm Titan Student Union - Gabrielino
• Tuesday 4/28/26: 4:00pm - 6:00pm Laurel MPR - SCICC Banquet Attendance will count for officer requirements

Training Dates

All Sports Clubs members are required to attend a member education session annually. As a New member you must complete an in person training held on one of the dates/times below. As a Returning member, you must complete a canvas training with a supplemental zoom portion covering Civil Rights & Equity Please note : these training are in addition to the DSE registration and fee.
