This last Friday, October 11, Title IX and Gender Equity hosted Cal State Fullerton's 23rd Annual Violence Prevention Conference, titled Highlighting the Margins: Intersectionality in Prevention. Title IX Employee Ambassador Program
Two Fridays: November 8 and 15, 2024
9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. each day
The Title IX Employee Ambassador program is a professional development opportunity for all CSUF employees to learn more about campus resources related to Title IX and gender equity issues on campus. Program participants will build skills to support colleagues and students who may be impacted by alleged misconduct. All CSUF employees are encouraged to RSVP to save their spot!

Request Prevention Programming & Events
Are you interested in learning more about bystander intervention, building healthier relationships, or preventing harmful behavior based on gender and sexual orientation within your club or team? Want to request a prevention education workshop for your department, student organization, athletic team, group of friends, or colleagues? We can tailor a prevention workshop to your group's needs or collaborate with you to bring your idea to life! Feel free to email us at titleixtraining@fullerton.edu to request a customized prevention education workshop either in person or via Zoom!
Mandatory Training for Specific Student Groups
Title IX and Gender Equity provides mandatory Title IX training for new and returning members of Sports Clubs, recognized fraternities and sororities, identified student organizations, Division I student-athletes, and specified groups of employees, including those working in Athletics and Housing and Residential Engagement. To learn more about mandatory Title IX training for specific populations, review the Student Training and Employee Training pages or email titleixtraining@fullerton.edu with general questions.
Title IX Ambassador Programs
Title IX and Gender Equity regularly hosts the Title IX Employee Ambassador Program and the Title IX Student Ambassador Program once a semester. For Fall 2024, the Student Ambassador Program has closed its applications, and workshop sessions take place on the weeks of Oct. 14 and 21. The program requires selected students to attend two 1.5-hour workshops to complete the program. The Fall 2024 Employee Ambassador Program takes place November 8 and November 14, 2024, and RSVPs are currently open . To request to be put on an interest list for either program in Spring 2025, please email Kristen Entringer at kentringer@fullerton.edu.
