How to Report

Gender-based discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, dating violence, domestic violence and/or stalking

Any student, employee and/or third party that has experienced sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and/or retaliation at Cal State Fullerton or during a Cal State Fullerton program is encouraged to file a report with the Title IX and Gender Equity Office.  Reports can be submitted online, in person, over the phone, and by email.

In-person Reporting

Reports may be made in person by scheduling a time to meet with the Title IX Coordinator or designee.  Call 657-278-2121 or email titleix@fullerton.edu to schedule an appointment.

Phone Reporting

To make a report by phone, call the Title IX and Gender Equity Office at 657-278-2121.

Email Reporting

Reports may be made by emailing titleix@fullerton.edu.

Discrimination, Harassment and/or Retaliation based on another protected status

Complaints alleging discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation based on a protected status other than gender (or sex), gender identity, gender expression or sexual orientation should be directed to Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion. 

Additional protected statuses include Age, Disability (physical or mental), Genetic Information, Marital Status, Medical Condition, Nationality, Race or Ethnicity (including color or ancestry), Religion or Religious Creed, and Veteran or Military Status.
