Create an interface that links to resources using categories and tags to set up an overall navigation and grouping selection for users.  This also provides a search that will allow users to find items that are not part of the main content link but will still pull matching resources.

Categories create the top navigation options.  Tags are used to create the accordion groups with items listed.  Items can be in multiple categories and tags.  The data below is the same as the "group-by" option and if you go between the two interfaces you can see similar items.  Both styles have their benefits.  This style is best with minimal categories.

cat-order

To help better manage the interface you can add a style where you use the info block.  This allows you to order, or even remove, the category tabs that are above the content links.  simple use the style "cat-order-" and then place the order in which you want to see your categories appear.  They will always show up on the right side of the "show all" tab.

If you have spaces in your category names use the "+" plus character where the spaces should be.  To separate categories use the "-" hypen character. Character case does not matter and the case is set by the info block file.  If you do not use a category in the order it will be removed from displaying.  Cat-order style is optional.
