Cultural Wealth Programming within the Women's Resource Center recognizes and uplifts the rich traditions, knowledge systems, and lived experiences that define the Titan community. Grounded in the framework of Community Cultural Wealth, these initiatives highlight the intellectual, social, and cultural assets that students contribute to the university environment. Through educational, cultural, and community-based programs, the Center fosters spaces of belonging, critical reflection, and empowerment—advancing the holistic success and leadership development of Titans across campus.

Daughter Dialogues

Hosted by the WRC, Daughter Dialogues is a community-centered program that provides a safe and supportive space for women-identifying and non-binary students to explore topics around identity, culture, gender, and healing. Topics explored this year included navigating daughter guilt, challenging a culture of sexual silence, Latina gender roles, and more!

Women with Wrenches

Women with Wrenches is an empowering, hands-on workshop that teaches students, especially women and gender-diverse individuals, the basics of car maintenance and vehicle safety. Facilitated in collaboration with campus and community experts, this event aims to break down gender stereotypes in automotive knowledge and equip participants with practical skills such as checking tire pressure, changing oil, jump-starting a car, and more.
