Academic Disqualification Tutorial

All disqualified students must complete the following Disqualification Tutorial before they attend an Academic Support Disqualification Workshop. The tutorial includes all of the information you need to understand your options after disqualification. A short quiz will be provided upon completion of this tutorial.

Before you start the tutorial you need to first log on to your Student Portal and print your Titan Degree Audit (TDA) and Unofficial Transcripts from your Student Center. You will  review these important documents as you complete the Disqualification Tutorial, and you must also bring them with you to the Disqualification Workshop. Academic Support Disqualification Workshops:

Students disqualified FALL 2011 MUST attend a mandatory Academic Support Disqualification Workshop offered:

In order to attend the mandatory Disqualification Workshop students must:

1. Complete the online Disqualification Tutorial
2. Bring a printed copy of the following items: Unofficial Transcripts, Current TDA, and completed Academic Disqualification Worksheet.

Space is limited.  To guarantee a seat, please arrive 10 minutes early and be sure to bring EACH of the required items above.
