What do I do if I am waiting to be reinstated and the process is not completed by the start of the fall semester?
If you are not reinstated by the start of the fall semester, you should attend the first class session and petition all of your classes. Make sure to let your professors know that you are waiting to be reinstated. Once you are reinstated, you can go to Titan Online and register for any open classes.

What do I do if I do not qualify for reinstatement or my reinstatement is denied?
In order to qualify for reinstatement to CSUF, you must enroll in regular credit courses through Open University (also known as University Extended Education) and meet the three requirements listed below.

  1. Raise your CSUF and total GPA to 2.0. If you are a Business major, you must also raise your major GPA to 2.0.
  1. Complete the following GE areas: English, Math, Oral Communication, Critical Thinking with a “C” or better
  1. Earned a combined total of 60 units (including CSUF and/or transferable units) and a 2.0 total GPA.
  1. You must also reapply to CSUF through www.csumentor.edu.
