 1.  Virtual Front Desk 

Our staff is not in the office during the virtual instruction period, and therefore we will not be responding to *voicemail* on our regular phone line. Instead our trained front desk staff will be responding to your messages throughout the day using teh online form linked below, in the order received, during regular business hours. Please note that we do not conduct academic advising via our front desk. The Virtual Front Desk is here to help you solve problems, get brief answers, and/or identify the right individuals or services that can help you.

2. Pop-In GE Academic Advising

Modeled after our in-person walk-in hours, current undergraduate students will have a chance to meet with a GE Advisor to ask quick questions about General Education or overall degree requirements. Sessions with advisors will be limited to 10 minutes. Students will be placed in a virtual waiting room upon arrival, and will be greeted by a front desk representative when it is their turn. The front desk will ask questions to determine how best to support students.  If an advising session is necessary, the student will be assigned to speak with a GE Advisor. If not, the front desk will provide helpful information and refer students to the appropriate department or resource for further assistance.

Pop-In Advising is available on Zoom:

Monday – Thursday: 9am-11:30am & 1pm-3:30pm

Friday : 9am-11:30am

3. TitanNet Academic Advisement Center Appointments

If you would like to have a one-on-one, live meeting with a GE advisor via Zoom, you may make an appointment* by downloading the Navigate Student app  PDF File or use TitanNet in your Student Portal here https://fullerton.campus.eab.com/
