CSU Fullerton welcomes a dynamic freshman class each year. Once students are admitted to the university, the Academic Advisement Center is often one of the first offices freshmen encounter. According to data from the Statistical Report of California Community College Transfers to the California State University System. Cal State Fullerton enrolls the largest number of transfer students from California Community Colleges of all of the 23 CSU campuses. If you are planning to transfer to Cal State Fullerton, you are not alone!
New transfer students visit our Academic Advisement Center each day and many of these students share similar questions. The Transfer Section of our website should answer many of those questions and support you as you prepare to transfer.

There are several avenues of support for students planning to transfer to Cal State Fullerton.
Visit your academic advisement center (or individual advisor/counselor) at your current institution of higher education. Your advisor is available to help you understand which courses are required for transfer and how you can plan ahead for a successful transition. If you are currently attending a California Community College, speak with your advisor or counselor about Certification (more information on Certification can be found on this site).
