Academic Disqualification Tutorial


You will need to complete the following steps PRIOR to attending the mandatory Disqualification Workshop in January.

  1. Complete the Tutorial and Worksheet (provided upon completion of the survey at the end of the Tutorial).
  2. Attend the Mandatory Academic Disqualification Workshop in January.

In order to attend the Mandatory Workshop you MUST bring EACH of the following documents -

  1. Printed copy of your current TDA
  2. Printed Unofficial Transcript
  3. Printed and completed copy of the Academic Disqualification Worksheet (this is available upon completion of the Tutorial)
  4. RSVP Confirmation Ticket
  5. Student ID Card
  6. Pen / Pencil
