Academic Probation Tutorial for First Time Freshmen
If you are a freshman, and just completed your first semester at CSUF, you will need to complete the following steps PRIOR to attending the mandatory Probation Workshop in January.
- Complete the Tutorial and Worksheet (provided upon completion of the survey at the end of the Tutorial).
- Complete your Academic Success Contract Part I
- Attend the Mandatory Academic Probation Workshop in January.
In order to attend the Mandatory Workshop you MUST bring EACH of the following documents -
- Printed copy of your current TDA
- Printed Unofficial Transcripts
- Printed and completed copy of the Academic Probation Worksheet (this is available upon completion of the Tutorial)
- Completed Academic Success Contract Part I
- Student ID Card
- Pen/Pencil
Mandatory Academic Probation Workshop Dates for ALL First Time Freshmen
These workshops are restricted to first time freshman who went on probation at the end of fall 2012. No other students will be admitted.

In order to participate in this tutorial, please print your unofficial transcripts located in your Student Center.
Following the tutorial, you must complete the short survey in order to be redirected to the Probation Worksheet. Once you have completed the survey and worksheet, they will act as your receipt of completion. Please print a copy and bring it with you to your advising session.
