Academic Probation Tutorial

To help you regain good academic standing and achieve academic success, please select one of the following mandatory tutorials to view. The video tutorial will answer most of your probation questions and provide immediate action steps for you to take to get back on track.

In compliance with University Policy 300.002, a REGISTRATION HOLD will be placed on all Cal State Fullerton students on academic probation and you are required to see an advisor before you can register. Academic Advisement is committed to supporting you along your journey to academic success. To ensure your Registration Hold is removed and you are prepared to meet with your advisors, complete the following steps.

• DECLARED STUDENTS: Complete the Mandatory Probation Tutorial (shown above) and schedule an advising appointment with the appropriate academic advisor in your major. If you are a declared major, your hold can only be removed by your Major Department. However, if you have questions regarding Academic Probation, you are welcome to visit the Academic Advisement Center (UH 123B)


• UNDECLARED STUDENTS: Complete the Mandatory Probation Tutorial (shown above) and then visit the Academic Advisement Center in University Hall 123B. Advising will be done on a walk-in basis only and you must bring a recent copy of your Titan Degree Audit and completed worksheet.
