The Office for Civil Rights and Equity's Prevention and Education Team is committed to working with and for the Cal State Fullerton community to prevent Sexual Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Exploitation, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking, Retaliation, and Discrimination and Harassment based on Age, Disability, Gender (or sex), Gender Identity, Gender Expression, Genetic Information, Marital Status, Medical Condition, Nationality, Race or Ethnicity (including color, caste, or ancestry), Religion (or religious creed), Sexual Orientation, Veteran or Military Status.

Attuned to the unique lived experiences and identities that comprise our campus community, we provide strategic, comprehensive, and skills-based education to empower students and employees to cultivate a safe and equitable environment within and beyond the university.

We strive to co-create a mutually respectful community where all Titans feel confident in themselves and others to act on a shared sense of responsibility to affirm, support, and celebrate one another’s identities and bodily autonomy.
