Frequently Asked Questions & Answers
Where can I find nutritional information?
If the location is a franchise operation, nutritional brochures or posters are always available in-store. Just ask an employee!
What Gift Cards do you accept on campus?
We accept the following franchise gift cards: Carl’s Jr., Baja Fresh, Panda Express, TSU Juice It Up, and Starbucks (license locations only, not “We Proudly Serve” locations). Also, you can purchase a Campus Dining Gift Card that can be used at Starbucks, Carl's Jr., Baja Fresh Express, LH Express, Togo's, The Fresh Kitchen and Pieology on campus.
Is there a difference in the coffee locations on campus?
Yes, Starbucks in the Titan Student Union, Mihaylo Hall and Pollak Library are licensed stores. We own and operate the store as an approved licensee and offer the full line of Starbucks food and beverages. Located in the LH Express is a We Proudly Serve Starbucks location. You will find the same great coffee taste but with more of a limited menu option. You will also notice that the pastries are different but still high quality and great tasting.
Wait, you don’t operate all the food and beverage options on campus?
We operate the TSU Food Court*, Starbucks, Carl’s Jr., LH Express, Nutwood Café - Avant Market, Rec Express, Food Trucks, Concessions, OC Choice Catering and Vending Machines. Campus Dining does not operate the convenience stores or the Gastronome.
*We oversee Panda Express, Hibachi-San and Juice It Up but are not the franchisee.
Why do you have to show your student I.D. for the sales tax exemption?
By law we are allowed to offer students sales tax exemption. Therefore by law we cannot assume you are a student and need to see an appropriate form of student identification (i.e. your campus I.D.). This should be the standard for all of our locations.
What payment options are available?
We accept Campus Dining gift card, cash, TitanCard, certain franchise gift cards, debit or credit cards.
What fundraising opportunities are available?
Campus clubs can fundraise with Pieology and Panda Express by speaking with the manager in the TSU Food Court.
