Veterans Resource Center has a vibrant women veterans community. Women veterans meet every Wednesday at the tables outside of Aloha Java and get together for monthly gatherings including brunches, potlucks, and movie nights to name a few.
Weekly Women Vets Group
Women Veterans group meets on Wednesdays, 12 - 1:30 p.m. during Fall and Spring semesters at the tables between University Hall and the Humanities builidings to have lunch or a cup of coffee.
During incliment weather, meetings will move to the Veterans Resource Center room in UH 230.

Women Veterans Monthly Brunch
Every third Sunday for each academic month, VRC hosts a women veterans community brunch. Our brunches are a great way for women veterans, both students and community members, to get to know each other and share their experiences. Check out our calendar for brunch dates.
Women Veterans in Higher Education Conference
Each year, the VRC holds a community conference for women veterans who are seeking to attend college, who are in college, or who would like to connect to women veterans as peers, mentors or service providers. It is an opportunity for women veterans to gather, meet, and share their stories in an inclusive and supportive environment.
Child Care Stipend
California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) Veterans Resource Center is offering a childcare stipend to assist student veterans with childcare costs that are incurred as a result of their CSUF class schedule and who are utilizing the CSUF Children’s Center for their childcare needs.
It is a needs-based stipend and will be awarded as funds allow. A completed stipend application must be turned in to the VRC office (UH230).
If you are chosen to receive the stipend, VRC will contact you and payment will be made directly to CSUF’s Children’s Center from VRC’s Philanthropic Foundation account.

- Proof of income
- Copy of your DD214
- Class Schedule
- One page description of why you are applying for the stipend
It is important to provide all the requested information accurately. Incomplete applications will be returned and may delay determination or negate qualification.
*Preference will be given to active Student Veteran Association members.
Women in the Military History Week
We celebrate Women in the Military History Week – During the third week of March, the VRC observes, Women in the Military History Week, by holding our annual Women Veteran in Higher Education Conference, a campus wide ribbon campaign, and providing a special on campus lunch for all women veterans.
