Student Academic Support

University Extension
University Extension offers numerous resources for every stage of life for those looking for a way to learn beyond the traditional classroom environment, including online degree completion, flexible master’s programs, professional development certificates, domestic and international programs for degree and non-degree students, and custom training opportunities.
Faculty Affairs and Records
Faculty Affairs and Records provides services and support to faculty, administrators, and staff on the implementation of campus policies and procedures for the evaluation of academic employees.
International Education and Engagement
International Education and Engagement recruits and welcomes international students, cultivates and nurtures partnerships with universities and agents around the globe, supports visiting scholars, and equips CSUF students with essential global competencies through study abroad and global engagement.
Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar provides quality services that facilitate enrollment, retention, and degree completion while maintaining accurate academic records for the University. It is also responsible for processing transfer credit; maintaining articulation agreements with other institutions; registering new and continuing students for classes; preparing transcripts and diplomas; and reviewing petitions for exception to University policy.
Research and Sponsored Projects
The Office of Research and Sponsored Projects (ORSP) works with other units throughout the campus to seek external support for faculty research, creative activity, and institutional projects that support the educational and service mission of the university. Collaboration is sought across disciplines, departments, and community partners in preparing proposals to federal, state, and private agencies.
