OCDAP MEMBERS

Agencies wishing to participate in Cycle 3 should fill out, electronically sign, and email the Cycle 3 Participation Agreement (PA) to OCCOG following the instructions in the PA. After OCCOG signs the Participation Agreement (found under  Documents & Products), the fully executed digital agreement will be sent to the participating agency by the OCCOG Treasurer with the OCDAP Cycle 3 invoice in July 2026. Agencies are not considered full members and will not be provided access to deliverables until both the Cycle 3 Participation Agreement is signed and the Cycle 3 Invoice is paid. Note: as of spring 2026, OCDAP is soliciting signed PAs to confirm funding in order to proceed with image capture.
