I research the geologic history of the Mojave Desert, with a focus on Cretaceous plutonic rocks.
Courses Regularly Taught
I regularly lead field trips to the desert for Mineralogy, Structural Geology, Tectonics, Igneous and Metamorphic Petrology, Volcanology, and various geologic mapping classes.
