General Education Information for Faculty

As educators at Cal State Fullerton, it is incumbent upon us to create General Education courses that will motivate and engage students in their academic journeys; GE faculty, after all, are among the first students engage with when they reach the university.

Courses in the GE program are designed to teach students lifelong skills that every employer seeks: strong leadership, effective communication, problem analyzing and solving, and having a strong ability to contribute effectively within our culturally diverse society.

Please see the resources below to assist you in developing GE courses and submitting them for approval.

For further assistance, please contact GE Program Director Greg Childers at (657) 278-2159 or gchilders@fullerton.edu.
