Application

The application packet must include:

1. An admission application .
2. A recommendation form that must be filled out by a math or science teacher, or by the student’s counselor. (Must be emailed directly to miss@fullerton.edu by the math/science teacher or counselor completing the form).
3. On a separate piece of paper, please write an essay explaining why you are interested in participating in the MISS Program (maximum of one page).  Please include what you will contribute to the program and what you hope to gain.
4. A copy of your high school transcripts. (Can be an unofficial copy; must show GPA and previous/current math classes).
