Ieisha N. Kitchen

Ieisha N. Kitchen, Project Rebound, Program Coordinator for the Center of Hope and Redemption is a 2x California State University of Fullerton alumna.  She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice (2016) and a Master's degree in Higher Education (2021) with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Ieisha enjoys every level of higher education, and works in multiple areas with multiple programs in higher education. Her leadership style comes from an authentic, servant, and transformational framework. In addition, she enjoys serving in formal and informal educational spaces that aim to disrupt what was for those that have been historically marginalized, stigmatized, and left out. Ieisha holds to the philosophy that every human being deserves and should have access to quality education. Not only access but an equal opportunity to be included, heard, and valued as experts of their own experiences. Her authentic, servant, and transformational practices offer autonomy, liberation, and restoration that can break systems and cycles that serve as barriers to quality personal and professional growth for all.
