Boilerplate language is standardized text that can be reused with minimal edits. At Cal State Fullerton, it helps ensure consistency in communications and provides key context for those unfamiliar with the university. This language can save time and effectively describe institutional resources and capabilities.

Principle Investigators are encouraged to:

  • Tailor the language to fit their project’s specific goals.
  • Contact the relevant department or center for updated or detailed information, especially when a resource is central to the proposal.
