IT Support to University Auxiliaries

Through an agreement between the California State University, Fullerton and the University's auxiliaries, the CSUF Division of Information Technology provides IT efficiencies including:

• IT resource and staff management services
• data center monitoring services
• IT planning services
• IT installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support
• IT security oversight
• IT support for these corporations' finance and accounting systems and associated databases using the Sungard IFAS / OneSolution finance and accounting system
• Oversight and Technical support of the retail point of sale systems:
  •    Titan Shops (Missouri Book System POS)
  •    Food Services (Infogenesis POS by Agilsys)   
• (PCI) Payment Card Industry compliance monitoring    
• Technical support for grants and contracts and Sponsored Programs Grant Administration
