Telecom provides multiple voice communications services to Cal State Fullerton, including maintaining the copper and fiber plant; programming, enhancing, and maintaining a hybrid PBX with 10,000 DIDs; providing standard voicemail and offering Unified Communications to campus employees; and managing the campus wireless contracts and devices.
