What happens to my previous Adobe Products such as CS6?

These products stay on your computer until you uninstall them,  Adobe CC is not an upgrade.  The Adobe Cloud application will recognize and update your older Adobe products.

When does the Adobe Creative Cloud Redeem Voucher expire?

Your Adobe Creative Cloud Redeem Voucher will expire exactly one year from the date you redeem and activate Adobe Cloud products and services.  You can view your time  remaining until renewal from the Adobe ID account management features on under 'My Products and Services"

Can I install this software on multiple computers and operating systems?

You may install it on up to two computers at one time and the Adobe Cloud Application can be installed on Mac and PC operating systems independently using one Redeem Voucher. Please contact Adobe directly if you need to deactivate certain computers due to hardware or software operating system changes.
