Scheduled Maintenance 

Titan Online Maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on Titan Online Services: Class Search, Student Center, Faculty Center, Titan Degree Audit, Student Administration, Human Resources and Employee Self-Service on Thursday April 17th, 2014, from 7:00pm until 10pm. These services will be unavailable during this time.

Wireless Infrastructure Maintenance

Maintenance will be performed on the Wireless Infrastructure on Friday April 11, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  The wireless SSID (FacultyStaff-Secure, Students-Secure and CSUF-Guest) services will be unavailable during this time.

These services will be unavailable during this time.

Wireless Infrastructure Maintenance

Maintenance will be performed on the Wireless Infrastructure on Wednesday April 2, 2014, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wireless SSID (FacultyStaff-Secure, Students-Secure and CSUF-Guest) services will be unavailable during this time.

These services will be unavailable during this time.

Titan Online Maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on Titan Online Services: Class Search, Student Center, Faculty Center, Titan Degree Audit, Student Administration, Human Resources and Employee Self-Service on Thursday March 20th, 2014, from 7:00pm until Midnight. These services will be unavailable during this time.

IT Domain Controller Maintenance

Maintenance will be performed on the Faculty/Staff Domain Controller on Saturday, March 15th, 2014, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.  No downtime is expected to the following services: computer / Portal Login, email, wireless, VPN, etc. during this maintenance.

Titan Online Maintenance  

There will be maintenance performed on Titan Online Services: Class Search, Student Center, Faculty Center, Titan Degree Audit, Student Administration, Human Resources and Employee Self-Service on Thursday March 13th, 2014, from 7:00pm until 10:00pm. These services will be unavailable during this time.

TitanCard Maintenance     

There will be maintenance performed on TitanCard Services on Saturday March 8th, 2014, from 7:30am until 9:30am. The TitanTender deposit page will be unavailable during this time. 

PeopleTools Upgrade: Campus Cashiering System (CashNet)

There will be a PeopleTools upgrade on Friday March 7, 2014. Due to this upgrade, the campus cashiering (CashNet) will be down Friday, March 7 at 4:00pm through Sunday, March 9 at 10:00pm. During this time:

  • you will not be able to deposit funds to your TitanCard at the TitanCard Office
  • the TitanTender web deposit will be down   

You may deposit funds (cash only) in the Titan Lab (Pollak Library North, basement, PLN30).

Titan Online Maintenance  

 The Titan Online Student and Human Resources System is scheduled for a mandatory PeopleTools upgrade starting on Friday, March 7th, 2014 at 5:00pm until Sunday, March 9th at 10:00pm. During the upgrade, the following Titan Online Services will be unavailable: Student Center, Faculty Center, Titan Degree Audit, Student Administration, Human Resources and Employee Self-Service.  This is a mandatory update that the CMS team at the Chancellor’s Office requires our campus to apply to our PeopleSoft system.

Titan Online Emergency Maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on Titan Online Services: Student Center, Faculty Center, Titan Degree Audit, Student Administration, Human Resources and Employee Self-Service on Tuesday February 18th, 2014, from 9:00pm until Wednesday February 19th, 2014, 1:00am. These services will be unavailable during this time.

 Data Center Core Switch Maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on the Data Center Core Switch from 12:00AM Friday February 14th, 2014, until 1:30am Friday February 14th, 2014.  There is no anticipated downtime associated with this maintenance.

Data Center UPS Battery Maintenance

The University Data Center UPS battery will be upgraded on Wednesday February 5th, 2014 from 10:00pm to Thursday February 6th, 2014 3:00am. There is no anticipated downtime. Adobe Connect Web Meeting Maintenance

There will be a scheduled maintenance performed on the adobe connect (Web Meeting) from 10:30pm Thursday January 9th, 2014, until 1:30am Friday January 10th, 2014.  The web meeting service will be unavailable during this time.

VM Infrastructure Storage Maintenance 

There will be a scheduled maintenance performed on the IT VM Infrastructure storage system from 8:00pm Saturday January 11th, 2014, until 12:00am Sunday January 12th.  The following services will be unavailable: VCL, Titanium (Moodle), Student Learnerweb, Portal, MS-SQL cluster servers, shibboleth authentication servers.

Campus SSLVPN Maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on the SSLVPN appliance from 9:00am until 11:00am Thursday January 9th, 2014.  SSLVPN service will be unavailable during this time.

Campus Wireless Network Maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on the Campus Wireless network from 11:00pm Tuesday January 7th, 2014, until 1:00am Wednesday, January 8th, 2014.  FacultyStaff-Secure, Students-Secure and CSUF-Guests Wireless services will be unavailable during this time.

Student Housing Network Maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on the Student Housing network from 10:00pm Friday January 3rd, 2014, until 12:00am Saturday, January 4th, 2014 Student Housing Wire and Wireless connection services will be unavailable during this time.

Campus Wireless maintenance

There will be maintenance performed on Campus Wireless on Tuesday, Nov 26, 2013 from 5:00pm until 6:00pm. Titanium

Titanium will be unavailable Tuesday, November 26th from 10pm until midnight for an important security upgrade.

CFS Finance

There will be maintenance performed on the CFS Finance system on Wednesday, November 20th, 2013, from 6:00pm until 10:00pm. CFS Finance will be unavailable during this maintenance window.

Titan Online Maintenance

Academic VM Infrastructure Maintenance

There will be an emergency maintenance performed on the Academic VM Infrastructure storage sub-system on Friday November 1st, 2013, from 6:00pm until 10:00pm. There is no anticipated downtime associated with this maintenance but if you encounter any issues during this time or outside of the maintenance window please contact your local department technical staff.

Campus Cashiering System(Cashnet) Upgrade

There will be maintenance performed on the campus cashiering system Wednesday, October 2nd, 2013, at 6:15pm through Thursday October 3rd, 2013, at 12am. Due to this maintenance, the TitanTender web deposit will be down. Students, faculty and staff will only be able to deposit money to their TitanCard using the Value Port machine located in the Titan Lab (Pollak Library north basement, PLN-30).
