Project Management Office
The IT Project Management Office is responsible for coordinating collaboration between the campus community and the CSU on internal and synergy projects and initiatives. Special projects which support the mission of the division and university are managed and/or coordinated by this department. Reporting units within this department include Accessible Technology Initiative Advocacy, Project Management Support, ServiceNow Administration, IT Training, and Web Administration.

IT Self Service Online Helpdesk (ServiceNow) System
Do you prefer using online services? Effective September 17, 2012, campus employees may log into the IT Self Service Online Helpdesk (ServiceNow) system to log and track their own IT service requests through their campus portal.
Next time an employee has an IT Service issue, they may either use the ServiceNow online self-service system or call extension 7777 to receive IT help.

VoIP - Upgraded Telephone System
IT has been upgrading the campus telephones throughout the summer. Softphones are available for those who want them and desk phones are also available. The softphone application is a CSUF branded app made by Voipswitch. All non-state departments (not funded from the General Fund) will be recharged for the upgrade and equipment costs. State departments will not be charged for the new soft or desk phones. Visit http://voip.fullerton.edu for additional information.
