Identification Numbers

Student Identification Number
All students are identified in the universitys student records
system by a Student Identification Number. For any student applying
for financial aid, this is your campus-wide ID (CWID). You will be required to use the CWID the first time you log into your portal. The digits should be entered without
hyphens or any other punctuation. Be sure to enter your number accurately
and in the correct sequence. After the first time log-in to your portal, you will enter your username; however your CWID will be required as ID when you visit the Office of Financial Aid.
Personal Identification Number (PIN)
Each student at the university is assigned a Personal Identification Number
(PIN), which must be entered in combination with the Student Identification
Number in order for a student to access his or her record for the first time. The digits
should be entered without hyphens or any other punctuation. Be sure to
enter your number accurately and in the correct sequence. Any access after your first will require you to use your username and password.
